Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within five days. Shipping cost is stated at checkout. We pack and ship Tuesday-Friday. We determine which carrier is best at the time of packing your order. Rates change frequently, so we decide in real time, case by case, to get your order to you using the best carrier. All carriers provide tracking, which will be sent to you on the day of shipping. See our returns policy for information on how we handle returns, If there is an error on our part we will make it right by reshipping or crediting your order. 

International Only: Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We use DHL, FedEx and UPS for shipment. Tracking will be provided if available from the carrier.
